Identifying Potential Leaders:
Student Leadership Opportunities:
- Have they been proactive to gain leadership opportunities on campus?
- What steps have they taken to grow and develop on their own?
- What leadership positions have they applied for and/or held in the past?
- What have they learned about leadership from their own experience?
- Students will require a written recommendation from a current member of the BJU faculty outlining their strengths as a student leader and expected future capacity for leadership.
